this are the project goals of the blandroid rom. i am very impressed of this work and running the blandroid 2.3.4 rom currently.
Official Project Statement:
The primary goal of Blandroid is to produce a stable, secure Android ROM that can be used by end-users, Android developers, and developers looking for a clean platform to branch off and make their own custom ROM.
